Delivery and returns

Delivery

Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and vacation closings) after receipt of your payment.

We only ship to metropolitan France and European Union.

Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online (by email and available in your customer area in the Order History section).

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

For Switzerland, orders are invoiced free of tax, and you will have to pay VAT and customs duties on receipt of the package, if applicable. The packages are supplied with the necessary customs documents in accordance with ongoing regulations.

Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products.

Shipping costs are free in mainland France for purchases from 70€ (VAT included) (excluding shipping costs) and 140€ (VAT included) in the European Union.

Delivery prices

•  France (mainland)

The standard shippind method is Colissimo with tracking (without signature for small orders, with signature for bigger orders) or Mondial Relay (pickup points).

The standard delivery time for Colissimo is 2 to 3 open days after shipment. The standard delivery for Mondial Relay is 3 to 4 open days after shipment. If your package has not reached you after 8 days, do not hesitate to send us a message so that we can initiate the necessary enquiries and claims.

•  European Union (except France)

The standard shipping method is Colissimo (parcel with signature). In most countries it will be delivered by the national post company.

Germany is not delivered any more due to the packaging tax (too high for our small company).

Standard delivery times for Colissimo are 3 to 10 days for European Union.

Delivery with Mondial Relay Pick up points is also possible in Belgium, Luxemburg and Spain.

Returns and exchanges

For any return, please inform us by email or via the contact form with your name and order number at the address contact@tissus-pop.com

Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to return products that do not suit you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty.

No return will be accepted for personalized or tailor-made products.

Cut-to-size products (fabrics, ribbons, etc. cut by the meter) returns are possible but we will keep 10% of the original product price since it is rarely possible for us to sell exactly the same length of the same product.

Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded within 7 days via the same payment method used for your order.

For practical reasons we do not make credits or exchanges, but only refunds.

In the event of a defect on a product, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone so that we can find the best solution together.
